You will work on chatbot solutions for international brands and also contribute to new projects entering the pipeline. The role requires not only strong technical expertise but also excellent communication skills, ownership, and the ability to collaborate with global teams and clients.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in JavaScript/Node.js/Typescript development with production delivery
Experience with WebRTC or real-time communication protocols
Strong background in RESTful API or GraphQL implementation
Knowledge of streaming data processing and event-driven architectures
Experience with third-party API integrations (payment systems, social platforms)
Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar) and bot development (design, implementation, migration, optimization)
Knowledge of LangChain framework or similar LLM orchestration tools
Hands-on experience with at least some platforms from these categories:
Enterprise Contact Center & Customer Experience platforms: Genesys Cloud, LivePerson (LP), Cisco Webex Contact Center, NICE inContact
Conversational AI platforms (AI-first): Boost.ai, Cognigy, Kore.ai, Rasa, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework
Messaging & Social Bots: Meta Messenger, WhatsApp Business API
Specialized SaaS platforms: Intercom, Drift, Ada, ManyChat, Tidio
Excellent English communication skills: ability to participate in client calls, clarify requirements, and present solutions clearly
Proven ownership of projects: proactive attitude, ability to manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion independently
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps collaboration practices
Knowledge of AI safety and guardrail implementation
Experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) APIs
Experience with platform integrations
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize chatbot solutions for international brands: migration, customization, and new implementations
Configure features and implement conversation logic across bots, widgets, and integrations
Ensure scalability, reliability, and smooth integration into enterprise ecosystems
Contribute ideas and improvements during workshops and project discussions
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on both technical and business goals
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results end-to-end
