Middle UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our team on an outstaffing basis.
In this role, you will work with our team on a contract basis (outstaffing) and contribute to different client projects depending on business needs. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on different types of products and challenges, collaborating with international teams, and contributing to high-quality design solutions across multiple projects.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a commercial UI/UX Designer role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (basic Photoshop usage).
Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with customers and stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Experience creating or maintaining design systems.
Additional design-related experience.
Responsibilities:
Create user-centered designs for web and mobile products.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design intuitive user flows and interaction patterns.
Conduct basic user research and apply insights to improve product usability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers.
Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Maintain design consistency and contribute to design guidelines.
Present design solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
